I think you can be a little patient, its christmas today and admins are probably not home or available to check this topic, they'll answer tomorrow, marry christmas.

Im not quite sure atm if sl is still offering Urban Terror servers since we closed down the most project work on some parts of the sl (i.E. Urban Terror, CoD...). So therefore you will have to wait for an answer from Stoer or schnoog here.

I really hope bottom of my heart that Schnoog will support still UrT. Urban Terror doesn't have anymore so big player amounts but still quite special community. As u here do for et with great servers i want to UrT as i love the game. With your price level in future i could get even more servers :)
Anyway im patience guy and i do not have any rush :)

No private messages from any server handler admin.
I have checked 5 times a day pm box and there are no messages at all.
I still have high hopes :)

Everything in order, working nicely and ping is awesome. Im from finland and im happy to get ping 40-50 so its just great.

.We played with 8 bots and 5 real persons and no issues at all. We will be longtime customers and hopefully in near future we will order another server
for special maps only :)
I wish you all too great new year :) ..and thanks again that you still keep chance to get urban terror server, RESPECT :)

Hi server is working nice and is perfect. Anyway is there possibility to make server also sharing map files. Currently I have to use external site for that. It would be easier to just upload file to one server and it could have option to share files limited to pk3.

For past week we have seen huge lag spikes. 14-16 and 19-01 time GMT+2 times we mostly play. Lags are quite random and always like 1-3 in row and then for 10-20min ok without and then 1-2 spikes and ok for while and so on.. First we all thought it was our connections but when we started to keep log of them we saw that its not our connection but server itself. We all have fast connections and some has fiber and it doesnt matter. Is there possibility to get our server moved to another machine?
Other than these we have no complaints at all.

sorry to hear you having trouble with lags on the server. As far as i know we only have 1 host for the community servers atm and that is the one your UT Server is on.
You may want to pm schnoog about the issue since he is obtaining the server and managing everything, but he is like "never around here" since 2 years.
He DOES get your pm though, you just have to try it and wait for him to reply.

StoerFaktoR is off on sl but maybe if you try to pm him, he is willing to look about it.
Else the only one to update the gameversion is schnoog.

Oh thats bad, UrT has update and all players are going to update so our server will run empty for unknown time.
I have pm'd scnoog about earlier issue and no answer. Ill now pm Stoe and oping the best.

Either use updater program, download update 4.3.1->4.3.2 or dl full pack and replace files.

Yes, it is a sad situation indeed, Rappio, but I'm simply too inexperienced to update your Urban Terror server, I'm already struggling with theWolf: ET ones. I apologise for this. I will see what I can do for you.

Well its still running 4.3.1
I connected via RCON unliminted and its says 4.3.1 instead of 4.3.2.
Restarted server via control panel and still says 4.3.1.
Maybe there is something wrong?

Yes i did as i told earlier via control panel (open game panel).
Did it now twice more and didnt change a thing.
Pressed even kill server and that didnt do anything.

Well I'm now at a loss mate the 4.3.1 files were replaced with the 4.3.2 files if you look at your FTP you can see the files and their sizes will match the 4.3.2 sizes. I am afraid I have reached the limit of my ability. From here on in you will have to wait for Schnoog. He is sadly unwell at the moment but I'm sure he will respond when he can!

Yeah well thanks for trying.. i will wait for 1w more and then i close my server. Its sad to see losing regulars.
Luckily i did paid just for 2 month so not so great loss.

It works, rcon still shows for running executed file version 4.3.1 but everything works like charm. Thanks.
Will post if this shows on all 4.3.2 listing correctly or not
