[splatterladder] Board _ RtCW/ET - Tips & Tricks _ Trick Jump Commands

How i get commands work ( !goto, !iwant/!call ) i have TJMod.lua and its work but how i get commands work /rcon pass goto name not work. how i make evryone can use !goto
i have home-hosted, EtPro TJ server ( Windows XP ).

Thx b_headshot works but now i need get !goto and !iwant work i have TJMod.lua and its work ( /save & /load) but how i get those commands work. How i make everyone can use goto?
