[splatterladder] Board _ RtCW/ET - Serveradmin-Lounge _ I want to change the Sprint Bar at down left in ET

Hi, I would like to change the green sprint bar at down left i would like to change it to recharge faster !! thx!!!

thats are milliseconds

example:

g_covertopsChargeTime "1000"

in 1 second is tha bar full again.

EDIT:

i was read wrong, but the speed of the left sprintbar you cant change.
