Server start bug Options

Hello,

I have one problem with my server, when I press start server, and then refresh page, it again stops, I can't start my server, if I press Start Server and quit the page, and when I again try to go to splatterladder serverhost to check, its again stopped?

one of these files are the reason why your server won't start
