LIBU cant log in ;/ Options

: my friend has a problem
: he registered at splatterladder website with username and got his
: email activation link
: he clicked on it and even tried that code activation link (both for 10 times)
: and it says
: Thank you libu. Your registration has been successful. The administrator wishes to preview all new registered accounts before posting permissions are granted. The administrator has been notified of your registration.
: and when he tries to log in at the website it just says the same stuff over and over againe
: Please complete your registration by answer your validation email.
