ATI relaesed today the Catalyst 4.12 final. As always ATI has increases in performance, innovation and stability. There are now also two new features in this set of drivers:
· Problem Report Wizard for CCC – New menu item in CCC · Overdrive 3 – for users of X850XT – manual overclocking tool with thermal protection And the nice one for us ET gamers: · In OpenGL, several game titles show improvements in the lower settings. Wolfenstein - Enemy Territory, for instance, shows gains as large as 15% in low resolution (driver-bound) cases Source: Rage3D Download: ATI --------------------  |

Hi all from a wintery Aberdeen
Can anyone tell me if the 4.12final works with my All in Wonder 9200  Boy did I have problems when I updated to Service pack2  . ET crashing all the time......im back to service pack 1 now, and would like to update my driver.Have a nice Christmas  Lab Rat --------------------    |

sp2 should make no problems with et
maybe you forgot to disable the firewall in the security center this makes problems some time maybe you used the cat 4.10 or 4.11 - we all had problems with this driver the 4.12 final will work fine with your card hope i helped regards [COP] itternasen |

I never really understood why war always posts ATI, I think driver updates. Is it really needed or does it make your ATI card perform better?

New games often needs new driver. Even with the Quake3 engine (which ET is) you have to find the best driver for you ...
