[splatterladder] Board _ ETKey.org _ ETKey.org

Posted by: {WeB}GANG$TA Nov 18 2011, 08:33 PM

I need to know, Schnoog, about this random key generator because the situation on my server right now is burning my ass. For weeks now we've had random "white nicks" joining the server and at least 5 of them have had my ETKey. I get kicked from the server because "white nick player/aka {WeB}*GANG$TA* has just tried to join.

What's going on? Why have all these new players been given my ETKey?

Maybe the problem is that you don't have any etkey just like them? :)

You should check your GUID.

The ETKEYS provided by ETKEY.org differ from the original ones provided by Evenbalance (timestamp instead of row-date aso.)
So it`s impossible to receive an etkey frmo etkey.org which compares to one allready provided by EB.

I didnt know how schnoog create the etkey with his script. It is possible that it creates the same like you have it. But if many players have your etkey, then there is something wrong. Perhaps you have an Stealer or Keylogger installed.

I have an ETkey-Generator, too.

You can try this one, too.

It`s not possible that etkey.org generates a key which was also served by evenbalance....at least for the next centuries.

I think that, too. The problem must be yourself. Do a check on http://hijackthis.de

The time between the scans depends on how frequented by real players the server is. many players means always a short scan intervall. less players or times with no players lengthens the scan intervalls.

riya, almost right.
When a player is on the server,it get scanned each 30 seconds.
When no one is online, the scan intervals are increased.
