ETPub 0.6.4 final released!, MODS, ETPUB Options

Tjw hat den ETPub-Fans nochmal eine letzte Version der 0.6er Serie (0.6.4) nachgeschoben die kleine Bugfixes enthält die zum Teil als kritisch eingestuft wurden.

Diese beinhaltet folgende Fixes:

* kw: fixed a team command crash bug.
* tjw: use etmain uniform handling related to satchel/smoke/knife/binoc when g_coverts is 0.
* tjw: ATB warning message now uses correct color to describe the other team.
* forty: #430 - base race mineid and map mines fix.
* forty: FORUM - specs/team specs get xp for spot.
* forty: forty - #423 don't do this if the mine has been triggered.
* forty: fun_on_ice/jv-trainjump-v3 crash fix.
