we need help,we are the BDF clan,we started 3 weeks ago and we registred at splatterladder.But the problem is we had colours of our tag and we changed that because it wasnt good.But now when i want to change the colours of our tag in tracker settings with the adminpass,he says :the entered clan tag must be a part of the player name-colors and case is ignored.i used the colour code and i doesnt work,so i dont know what the problem is.
And also when members play under the tag of the clan,they dont entered on the clan on splatterladder,how does that come? We dont understand it,so we hope that someone can help us  thanks and greets from the BDF clan
