Hello guys

Firstly I'm having problems with claiming a server for my community on the SplatterLadder website. When I click "This is your clans server? Then claim it for your clan" a white/blank page pops up showing nothing but a plain white page. I have read an other topic about this issue on the forums but in that topic the OP got support from person to person so the solution was not made clear in the forums, thus I don't know how to solve this. This makes me assume I must not be the only one having this problem, but I'd still like to claim a few servers for my community.

And secondly, I have a NoQuarter 1.2.9 beta server which is not being detected by SplatterLadder. Gametracker sees my server and SL does not. Does it have to do something with my server or with the SL tracker?

The server IP is 37.187.74.14:27961, it is currently password protected because I am configuring the server as much as possible before releasing it to the public. But the password shouldn't be a problem for detecting my server right? Gametracker detects my server http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/37.187.74.14:27961/

great thanks! did you do anything special? I searched multiple times for my server with tags like "solid", the IP by itself, "solid gaming" but no search results were found earlier. Also made sure that no filters were active like "Omni-bot only servers" etc. I've been using SL for years tho! Best tracker for ET.

No, not really. I went to the SL serverlist, made sure that every possible type of server was selected and then ran a search for your server, using your ip addy. I got no result, so I ran the "scan for this server" option and in a few minutes your server was found and tracked by Splatterladder .
