Flag determined by given player geo-location, is it schnoog?

Clear your browser cache. Only before that, cancel the current reserved slot by clicking the deletion button. When done, do it again.

it doesn't work,

I usually remove automatic the cache,anyway I tried, but doesn't work
maybe it's a problem of splatter, because before this name was reserved to another
he was a belgian
