about rate Options

Hi

i would wanna ask something about the rate...
So is there some new system or something cuz i've noticed that i dont get rate as easily as before. 1 month ago i had 21+ and when i had about 20 it was enough that i got 19ppm from a map but now when i have like 18,80 and get 19ppm i get only 0,00 :o (all ppms in 30min maps)
and i've heard that some other ppl get also minus to their rate with 'high' ppm.
And i know also that it depends on with what kinda rate the other players have, but still i wonder because there are also quite good rated players sometimes, like +18 or +20...

but thanks anyway and rate is not SO important to me but im just curious :p

forgot to ask in my first message that why i get lower ppm when i have better stats in same time as my friend? I got in supply (15,5min) 59-18 (17ppm) stats and the other something like 40-10 (23ppm), we both were from map start to the end of the map.

for a medic its usually easier to earn xp since they can damage/kill/get damage/revive

If you rating is higher than your friends' ones, you will earn less xp than them.
-> Killing higher rated players when being a lower rated player will boost up your rating more.
