[splatterladder] Board _ [splatterladder] - Changes _ Join links for HLSW, GTLite and XFire added to serverinfo

We added join links for HLSW, GTLite and XFire to the serverinfo-page.
GTLite is only active for ET!

Same for servermonitor will follow.

Thanks especially for Xfire, because sl.Gamelauncher connect was not useful to be honest

Hi ho.

Will it be possible to add joinlinks to Qtracker too, or is it a to big "work"?
