Kate, this is what I keep trying to explain to you, you have 2 servers here, both are located in Germany:
Shall I delete the server in Germany with the "148.251.46.49:29999" ip address?

nah the server i posted the link is not hosted at Splatter , the euros one is whith you
the usa etlegacy server is with our usa servers are hosted in a different company

Available location is Germany.
You can rent 32 slots maximum.

Server which you rent from Splatterladder, location is Germany, you can't change that, Schnoog already explained me that, If i got your messages. :)
