From November, you can rent Battlefield 1 Servers (if you play BF1)
but only at Electronic Arts itself.
Accordingly are the server prices of EA.

PC:
1 day: 2,99 Euro
7 days: 11,99 Euro
30 days: 42,99 Euro
90 days: 99,99 Euro
180 days: 149,99 Euro

PS4/XBOX ONE:
1 day: 1,99 Euro
7 days: 7,99 Euro
30 days: 26,99 Euro
90 days: 64,99 Euro
180 days: 99,99 Euro

Would you really spend so much money for a server?

Those prices are a joke, Stoer, 180 days for 150 Euros. A server for a year would be close to 500 Euros, that's extortionate pricing. Also, the game itself is just another pathetic "meat grinder" that has no point to it, other than killing the enemy gruebel.gif .

I think:
EA wants to have the pure control over the servers / players ( spy??? see origin )
EA is a capitalist dump ...They try to make money with everything , thats ok but not with such prices
I hope this will break EA's neck related to BF1 :P

I say for years they will break and the players arent that dumb to still buy every game and stuff, but you see, they grow from moth to month and year to year.
So after all the did everything the right way for them as a company.

Even my boss has been early adopter of season passes and premium membership since Battlefiled 4!

Those that want the game pay nearly every price they pick.

We are not that kind of people - we are old... and some may say wiser cheers.gif grin.gif

To answer the OP question... No, I would not. I sure hope that many people will do the same. I hate EA for doing this kind of things and I am afraid that more companies will follow their lead.
