Forcing client settings via server(config) Options

Hi!

Is there a possibility to automatically adjust some client settings of the players when they join the server? Lets say they have a rate 4000 maxpackets 30 and timenudge -50 and i want them to have rate 25000 maxpackets 100 and a timenudge 0. I only came across the solution to do it via a command or telling pb to kick people with other settings. Does anybody know another more elegant way of doing that? :)

Sorry, I don't see the point in it. If you want to give commands to someone when they connect you can always add it on level 0. So, as soon as they connect they have commands.
