XPsave doesn't work correctly Options

Dear you,

When we are playing at my server than everyone keeps his xp when we are loading the nextmap. When the player disconnects and a few minutes later he reconnect than the player keeps his xp. So for no problems.
But when I restart the server by Control Panel, than everyone lost his xp. I have set the following settings:

set g_xpCap                     "0"
set g_xpMax                     "35000"
set g_xpSave                    "1"
set g_xpSaveTimeout             "0"

- XPsave till 35.000 ; time to reach 35.000 = unlimited.

I've also this setting:

Yes! Somewhere in the middle of the server.cfg was written: "exec campaigncycle.cfg". After exec campaigncycle.cfg I got the XP-save system settings. This will give trouble with saving of the xp. How to fix?
Simple, ONLY at the end of the server.cfg you execute files with exec .....

Now it is working perfectly! Now I hope there will some players join my server!
