I can't believe that 2 people answered my question right away. Thank you.

Yes. I am a server operator in RtCW 1.0 :) We have a small community of people who to this day play enthusiastically in RtCW. I've been looking for omnibot help for months now, since my development partner disappeared, so I'm stuck with server stuff and mainly omnibot related issues.

I don't even know where to start, the first and most important question is: is there an easier way to do omnibot work? Currently I can work with the RtCW 1.4 client (waypoint creation) and it is only possible in 1.4. As far as I know there is an external waypoint maker for ET which is much easier to work with. Does such a tool exist for RtCW?

My second main question is how to program the .gm files? I have read tutorialooks, but for some reason I can't. I can create the waypoints, but I can't program or configure the .gm files.

I never heard of a external waypoint maker tool for et.

The gm files you need to create with this command in console /bot goal_save

Thank you for your help. Somehow creating waypoint targets is not working. I have looked at the .gm files of maps but I don't see how they work yet. Yesterday I did the waypoints for the ff_axisComplex_v2 map and found something interesting. The original map is an extended version of the Axis Complex. Basically, there are a few new locations for which I've made the routes but the destinations haven't changed. The problem is that in the original map the flag of the allies is in another room and I couldn't change it in the goals file. So the bots were not using the new halls and paths. But! If I delete the goals file it works perfectly. Interesting.
