SpackenBaracke update & [COP] Options

Something new on the SpackenBaracke. We installed a sound pack with funny voice chats from a CS video.
The size of the sound pack is approximately 2,9 mb and will install itself when you join the server.
Moreover you will see now our sl logo Splatman when you join (ET-CaseModding ).

As you possibly have seen the completly aimless [COP]s joined the sl team and support us now with all their intellectual skills.
You can now submit your requests and questions also to the [COP]s and you can be sure that you'll get an absolut useless answer .
