[splatterladder] Board _ [splatterladder] - Changes _ Maplist

Based on daredevils feedback (thank you), we modified our maplist.

Changes:
-ADDED: Indicator if map is ranked by splatterladder [if runned on a ranking-enabled server])
-ADDED: Average time for this map

This is the mean time the map runned when a session on the map was played by at least 4 players.

-REMOVED: Click count
