server crash; long awaiting gamestate, etpub server Options

i have a problem with our public server: since we ve added some new maps, the ppl cant connect or have a very long awaiting gamestate time. i see a lot ppl connect and disconnect, a lot of server command overflow and time outs... i have no idea whats the problem, when we had the standart campaign running there werent these problems!

etpub 0.6.5; 16 + 4 slots; maps are on redirect (for fast download) mapcycle: oasis, supplydepot2;bergen;password2;dubrovnik;goldrush

any1 has an idea? please help me thanx!

can you pls post the mapcycle (in your .campaing file)?
maybe it's just a wrong letter...

more informations please, like serverip, and when did it happen.
only on one map? all the time? only at midnight,...?

it happened the most time on baserace_b3a, so finally i removed that map... i replaced it with baserace_b3b but still
the same! there s no special time when it appears, its all the time! could it be, that the server crashs cause of too many
downloads at the same time (many ppl dont have this map - we did a redirect to f2kclan.com for faster download) some days the
server crashs 3 times a day! the maps were all right in the campaign, otherwise the server wouldnt load a next map!

i think its not a problem with your camp.pk3 and not a problem with your server. in version 2.55 there are some problems with the order of maps in campain or the size of them. well its not on ALL servers but most of them. donno why

i have about the same problem with 2.60 and the new 2.60b patch. Overflows, i see in pb logs the most when those kicks happen.

VIOLATION (IGNORING QUERIES) <--- makes losing key packets ore overflow
IOLATION (COMFAIL) <---- General PB Client Authentication Failure
and many unpure pk3 files referenced kicking <--- i hope there is a fix for that
have it with campaign and rotation.cfg custom maps . I tried a lot but cant seem to get fixed and running 0.7.0
For many it runs so fine, but what can cause ignoring queries if somebody knows?

ok. before we use our oracle pls post your cfg files or send them per PM or upload (BEST WAY) them to a share so we can dl them. we have a look. use a zip package or some other. btw what u use linux or win? pls niclude txt file with params of your system (ram /intel/amd/ speed ...[dmesg])

your problem is your PB cfg...so it is no problem.

if u wanna test it disable PB 4 a while.

Ore was etpub.cfg needed aswell? The info what i could give in the text file is just what i toke from my hosts page cause i have a rented gameserver Alsow i must say these kicks come many times up since pb has kicking disabled for new violations.

ok i delete the one i had put online and download the editted one containing etpub.cfg
