Hi guys
I know I have registered a Ticket but I thought I would post on forum to see if anyone out there has any ideas why our server 213.163.70.120:27960 is not responding to Splatterladder. Atm when its query'd from the SL root there is "no response" All other trackers are picking our server up and its only splatterladder that is not tracking us and now sadly our server does not even exist on this lovely site. I have checked with my server host and your root IP "188.138.88.197" is not getting dropped / block by any firewalls. HBC has used Splatterladder for many many years and it would be sad to see us parted in such a strange way. Most of us live through ET via Splatterladder ;) Hope someone can shed a light on this unfortunate matter Thanks for listening Wayne --------------------    |

like written in the ticket response ,I`m not able to query the server from the SL root. But not only the getstatus queries seems to be blocked From SL root CODE ping 213.163.70.120 PING 213.163.70.120 (213.163.70.120) 56(84) bytes of data. ^C --- 213.163.70.120 ping statistics --- 22 packets transmitted, 0 received, 100% packet loss, time 20996ms when I`m pinging you from wolffiles-root, I got the response CODE ping 213.163.70.120 PING 213.163.70.120 (213.163.70.120) 56(84) bytes of data. 64 bytes from 213.163.70.120: icmp_seq=1 ttl=56 time=12.3 ms 64 bytes from 213.163.70.120: icmp_seq=2 ttl=56 time=12.4 ms 64 bytes from 213.163.70.120: icmp_seq=3 ttl=56 time=12.1 ms ^C --- 213.163.70.120 ping statistics --- 3 packets transmitted, 3 received, 0% packet loss, time 2002ms rtt min/avg/max/mdev = 12.158/12.330/12.456/0.155 ms If the iptables doesn`t list SL IP ( iptables -nL --> 188.138.88.197 ) as blocked,maybe your/etc/hosts.deny contains an entry for the IP. --------------------    |

Unfortunately we cant re-assign it to thge old id and since the old server is already out of the tracker db we also cant move the fans of the old one to the new one anymore.
