I've gone to "ModDB" and checked things out, Ron. I've found some small update information and I can see from the file download that this is actually version 6.3 .
There's actually been quite a few updates in version 6, over a period of time. I think we'll highlight them all in the next advertisement. Thanks for the update, Ron . -------------------- |

My mistake, thanks for the correction. You see, the file's title said Rtcw Venom Mod 6.0, so I thought that was the correct version number. -------------------- |

You see, the file's title said Rtcw Venom Mod 6.0, so I thought that was the correct version number. I've done that a couple of times too, Ron. I've visited "ModDB" and my notifications tell me that there's been 2 updates to "RtCW Venom Mod", so I go there and check it out and don't see anything, just the "same" 6.0 version. However, it's not the same, it had actually been updated and I missed it . From now on, mate, when I visit there, I'll just check these two entries: Once you finally realise how straightforward it is to spot if there's a new update or not, you think to yourself, "How the hell did I miss that, first time round?" ... -------------------- |

Hey Ron, I've been testing different textures for my "RtCW HD" pack, what do you think of this castle wall with snow effect?
I'm wondering whether to go with this or just have a snow outline at the base of the wall instead ? -------------------- |

I'm wondering whether to go with this or just have a snow outline at the base of the wall instead ? The walls themselves look fine, but the snow effect needs work. My suggestion is to keep playing around with it for now. -------------------- |

That's great news, Ron, I'm looking forward to watching these map-making videos from Loffy. Thanks for the update, amigo . Indeed, it's great news. If there’s one thing that the Rtcw community could use more of, it’s tutorials that aren’t outdated. Skuzzy (Matthew Weichold) will be moving the tutorials from the website link that I posted above to a new forum! Here’s the link, and feel free to register: http://www.rtcw-mapping.net/ -------------------- |

A brand new map-making forum for "Return to Castle Wolfenstein", things just keep getting better for our dear ol' game . I'll check out the new website, thanks for the info, Ron . You're welcome as always. Those who say that Rtcw is dead have no clue about the truth. Yo$hik has released an RtcwCoop version of the Rtcw SP addon called Stalingrad! You can download it here: https://www.4shared.com/zip/o38vaiipgm/coop_Stalingrad.html I saw where this new release was posted on WolfFiles, but the link doesn't work for me. I get this error on Firefox and another error on Google Chrome. chrome.JPG ( 73.96K ) Number of downloads: 11 firefox.JPG ( 82.89K ) Number of downloads: 12 -------------------- |
