Do we need ADS (Aim down sights) in RtCW?

That's the question that Wolfetplayer, the creator of 'RealRtCW', is asking over on 'ModDB', folks.

Here's a video of an older 'Wolf:ET' mod, entitled 'FalckonET', that gives us an idea of what it might look like:

The discussion is taking place here on ModDB you don't have to be a registered member in order to post a comment coffeenews.gif .

Hello folks,

I was over on the 'SplashDamage' forums, in the 'RtCW' mapping section, where I saw a post from the superb 'RtCW' mapper, Dialog.

He's been trying to fix this error for over a month and I was wondering if you'd know how to help him with it, please?

Here's a screenshot of the error:

You can post your 'fix' ideas here or contact Dialog directly, over on his Youtube Channel HERE thanks.gif

Yoshik has managed to port the model of Wilhelm Strasse's hunting dog, from the 'xbox' version of 'Return to Castle Wolfenstein', for use in the 'pc' version of the game nicken.gif :

Vicpas has released two videos that showcase unfinished maps for 'Return to Castle Wolfenstein' singleplayer coffeenews.gif :

These maps were made for an 'RtCW' addon called, 'Blood Sunrise'

An 'RtCW' map made by Nexus, now renamed to 'Tower2'

With 'RealRtCW' being made available on the 'Steam' platform, the new training level has been updated and it's looking rather good nicken.gif :

Another new video update from Chris Sewell's 'Return to Castle Wolfenstein - Unreal Engine 4' project. He's added surrounding terrain to the 'Escape 1' map, with lots of trees and even a lighthouse in the distance:

Here's another update from Chris, in regards to using bodies of water in-game and how to improve their usage in respects to in-game quality. This is what he has to say:

"I've removed the old water, which is both visually better and drastically better for performance, the old water was using a very large landscape which is never ideal but it did the job. Now, I have a super scalable and optimised ocean blueprint which means I can remove all of those." - Chris Sewell

Here's a video update:
