Menu item for admins only?, Advanced vote Menu only for admins Options

When using advancedvote.lua with the advancedvote.pk3 in nq folder it Seems that everyone can do all the votes.
I Wonder if there is a way that only higher shrubbot Level User can Use all vote options
Or maybe better only Users with that pk3 (then in etmain?) can See that menu.

I tried putting the pk3 into etmain on Server and client but that does not work.
