Hi Ragnar!

I accessed the clan settings page and entered new clan/member passwords. The issue is: when someone of my clan is trying to apply for the clan, they are receiving the followed message: "Your clan does not exist in our database."
What am I doing wrong? Is there something that I forgot?

One more question, If I register the clan with colors '^9' and '^Y' and the people are trying to register with color '^Y' and '^Y', the splatter will consider the same clan? Note: the colors '^Y' and '^9' are the same. grey.

If your clan contains ^y as colorcode and the members wear ^9 in their code, then they are different, so the colorcode on sl clan page has to be the same as in the members clantags

right, because your playername doesn't contain the clantag, you have to play with a playername, which contains {WSM} as clantag (like: {WSM}{RED(+)ZONE} or something like that)
