Hi Ragnar!

I accessed the clan settings page and entered new clan/member passwords. The issue is: when someone of my clan is trying to apply for the clan, they are receiving the followed message: "Your clan does not exist in our database."
What am I doing wrong? Is there something that I forgot?

One more question, If I register the clan with colors '^9' and '^Y' and the people are trying to register with color '^Y' and '^Y', the splatter will consider the same clan? Note: the colors '^Y' and '^9' are the same. grey.

If your clan contains ^y as colorcode and the members wear ^9 in their code, then they are different, so the colorcode on sl clan page has to be the same as in the members clantags

Could you please delete my clan and create it again? With the colored tag ^9!^1SHC^9!

I´ve tried to change de color tag at sl.settings / clan administration but it still doesn´t work. I can only add a member clan with the color tag ^9!^1SHC^Y!

Could you do that favor for me?

But there still is a problem. I´ve changed the color clan tag at Gamer's signature to ^9!^1SHC^9!, but in the top of setting´s page, my nick still appears with color tag ^9!^1SHC^Y!. Is it a problem? If it is... how can I change that?

first of all you have to decide which colorcode your clantag has, than, all players have to wear that clantag/colorcode, and then you can change it in the sl.settings -> clan administration
any change in the sl.settings /clan administration are useless, as long as you play with the wrong colorcode

ich kann meinen clan auch nicht registrieren
manche sachen stehn überhaupt nicht da.
wollte genau so vorgehen wie auf der ersten seite beschrieben doch die buddybox gibts bei mir irgendwie agr nicht. hab n player registriert usw doch irgendwie fehlen bei mir einige felder.
kann mir vielleciht jemand helfen?

erledigt - nun kannst du das clanprofil in den sl.einstellungen ändern.

Could you apply my player with the clan again? I have released it to change the color tag but I lost the clan settings. So, player name is with the correct color clan tag: ^9!^1SHC^9!

Could you delete the followed clan and create it again or simply apply my player into the clan?
