is there anything i can even do , the player is specifically using the same tag, playing on the same servers i use, what can i do???

You can set your registered nick to only rate if the original colorcode is matching. Thats all you can do to prevent a negative rating for your reserved nick. For the thing that someone is playing with "your" nick, you can only ask the serverowners/admins to take some action (i.E. tell him to stop it...).
