AFAIK, your server needs to be linked to a clan. And if your sl 'Reserved Playername' is set as 'Administrator' inside the sl clan, then you will see a new option, at bottom-right of your sl Clanpage, called "Server Editor". In this page, you will be able to cutsomize all that you want xD
