Since Shitstorm (makers of No Quarter) closed the doors
there was no guide anymore how to install an No Quarter Server.
That's why we just copied the whole No Quarter Wiki out of the google cache
and created a new guide page. (most links have been updated)

Since the topic was revived, sharing background: Based on my conversation with SS member running site, they where looking for donation to continue and they didn't receive any, so they shut it down. I had a discussion with their admin few years back, to migrate specific part of NQ public forum but overall concern was, in other categories, they had private topic/post internal to community and hence no database was shared (to avoid any privacy concerns).

OR Else migration to IPS would be quicker/easier for long term take over. Sadly ETPUB also closed and lots of good info was lost with it.
