To answer questions about the ranking... we must admit, there has occured a bug during the change and relocation of our tiny database which caused in fact the appearance of the data, but not compulsory its up-to-date status. Due to this there is partially data wich has been updated at that specific time.
The error should be eliminated tomorrow morning from the next ranking.
The other issue, IE-User not able to update their clan-data, will be resolved too.
