/cl_maxpackets 100 ( For Smooth Play And Good Aiming) Many People Use /cl_maxpackets 76
/rate 25000
/snaps 20
Maybe Make a good fps
/com_maxfps 45/76/125
/cl_timenudge -20/-50 (most server have from 0 to -20 some)

Just Play around with these until you find you settings
