i got a 42 Slot ET 2.55 Server running with Jaymod 2.1.7, and if there are more then about 20 people on, and you connect, it shows you very often "awaiting gamestate" up to 16.
If there are less then 20, there is no problem, its going up to max 3.
How can i fix that ?

May I ask where your server is hosted?
