Question....cause now i remember something....

On weedheaven server the Admin <AP>Huligoon one day have activate for 1 map an aimbot for all the players...
could this be detect as a cheat?

No!

Weedheaven has a nightly version of etpub running, since version (i don't know, I think 0.7.x Nightly), there is a new feature in etpub, for clanintern trainings, it's called g_tactics.
If it's actvated (set g_tactics 1), then every player uses a server-side aimbot, according to the etpub devs, its for clans which can train the objectives better for each map.
activating an aimbot for all doesn't count as cheat, because everyone has this aimbot, so the fairnis is still the same.

However, it's serverside, not clientside, and you were caught using a WALLHACK, a wallhack isn't a aimbot

EDIT/UPDATE:
Since the documentary has less informations about the tactic-thingy, I will give you a link to the dev's forum, which says that they plan a "miniMod" for etpub, which isn't finish by now.
